The Syndicate is the chief executive body of the University. It has clear mandates as defined in the Sreenarayanaguru Open University Act.The first Syndicate of the University with the following members other than the Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice-Chancellor was constituted in March 2021.The departments of Higher Education and Finance have representation in the Syndicate and the Secretaries of the respective departments are the dejure members.
