Expanded Platform Support: The LDesk application is now accessible beyond the existing Android environment, addressing the need for support on devices like Apple Mac, BlackBerry RIM, and Google Chromebook, etc.

Common Web Application: A unified web application has been released, making the LDesk available on all web browsers, including Safari on Apple phones.

Accessibility URL: The new, single access point for the web application is https://ldesk.sgou.ac.in.

Dedicated Windows Desktop Application: A separate desktop application has also been released specifically for the Windows environment, available at the same URL.

Single Sign-On (SSO): Users will benefit from a seamless experience, as the same login credentials used for the Android environment will work for the new web application
