MoU Signed between Sreenarayanaguru Open University and Kerala Dinesh Ltd for Academic Collaboration

Sreenarayanaguru Open University (SGOU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kerala Dinesh Ltd, marking a significant step towards strengthening academic–industry collaboration and launching industry-integrated skill development programmes.

The MoU aims to introduce a series of future-oriented diploma programmes designed in alignment with evolving industrial requirements and emerging technologies. The programmes will integrate academic learning with hands-on practical training, internships, and industry exposure to ensure enhanced employability for learners.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof.Dr.Jagathy Raj V.P. Members of Syndicate Adv. V. P. Prasanth, Adv. G. Sugunan, Dr. A. Balakrishnan, Dr. Reni Sebastian, Dr. C. Udayakala, Dr. P. P. Ajayakumar, , Cyber Controller Shri Bijumon T., Registrar Dr.Abhilash Babu and other officials.

Representing Kerala Dinesh Ltd Chairman M. K. Dinesh Babu, Shri.Abhillash (Division Head – Projects & Training), Shri.Suyme Hussain (Financial Consultant), Nishad (Head – Drones & UAV), Dr. Ajay (Head – Center for IoT), and Dr. Bipin (Head – Center for Additive Manufacturing) were present for the ceremony.

As part of this collaboration, the University plans to launch the below mentioned specialised diploma programmes.

1) Diploma in Port Operations & Management , Logistics, Customs Compliance using AI

2) Diploma in Drone Operation and Services with DGCA certification

3) Diploma in Advanced Electronic Security System Design and integration using AI with internship

4) Diploma in Additive manufacturing including 3D printing, and Smart Manufacturing using IoT with internship

5) Diploma is Food Processing, Apparels and Supply Chain management with Industry 4.0 standard

ഓപ്പൺ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിലെ വിവിധ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിലേക്ക് അഡ്മിഷന് വേണ്ടി അപേക്ഷകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക പോർട്ടലായ erp.sgou.ac.inൽ ലഭ്യമായ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ലിങ്ക് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാത്രമാണ്.ഇതിനായി മറ്റു പോർട്ടലുകളേയോ ഏജൻസികളേയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ല.
എല്ലാ അപേക്ഷകർക്കും ആധാർ നമ്പറും സ്വന്തമായി ഉപയോഗത്തിലുള്ള ഇ-മെയിൽ ഐഡിയും മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള എല്ലാ അറിയിപ്പുകളും അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഇ-മെയിൽ ഐഡി/മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ വഴിയാണ് നൽകുക.
യുജിസി നിബന്ധന പ്രകാരം ഓൺലൈനായി സർവ്വകലാശാലയിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് യുജിസി നൽകുന്ന DEB ID ഉണ്ടാകണം. അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് DEB ID ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സൗകര്യം DEB വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്.
സർവ്വകലാശാലയുടെ ഫീസ് വിവരങ്ങൾ വെബ്സൈറ്റിലും(sgou.ac.in)അപേക്ഷാപോർട്ടലിലും ( erp.sgou.ac.in) ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഫീസ് ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി മാത്രമേ അടയ്ക്കാൻ കഴിയൂ.
അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് സർവ്വകലാശാല വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള Prospectus 2025-26(February session) വ്യക്തമായി വായിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം യോഗ്യത തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ (അഡ്മിഷൻ തേടുന്ന എല്ലാ അപേക്ഷകരും ഗസറ്റഡ് ഓഫീസർ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അറ്റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത കോപ്പി അപ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. മറ്റു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ attest ചെയ്യേണ്ടതില്ല), അപേക്ഷകരുടെ ഫോട്ടോ, ഒപ്പ് എന്നിവ അപ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
സർക്കാർ നൽകുന്ന ഫീസ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അർഹരായ SC/ST/OEC വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെടുന്ന അപേക്ഷകർ ഒരു വർഷത്തിന് താഴെ കാലാവധിയിലുള്ള ജാതി/വരുമാന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം ഫീസ് ആനുകൂല്യം അവകാശപ്പെടുന്നവർ സർക്കാരിന്റെ Egrantz പോർട്ടലിൽ (egrantz.kerala.gov.in) സമയബന്ധിതമായി രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുകയും ആയതിന്റെ പ്രിന്റൗട്ട് സർവ്വകലാശാലയുടെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റീജിയണൽ സെന്ററിൽ എത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. നിശ്ചിതസമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ മേല്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കാത്തവരുടെ അഡ്മിഷൻ റദ്ദാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും ആയവർ റോളിൽനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതുമാണ്.
പ്രോഗ്രാം, ലേർണിംഗ് സെന്റർ ഇവ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ശ്രദ്ധാപൂർവ്വം ആവർത്തിച്ചുറപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം മാത്രം submit ചെയ്യുക.
അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ശരിയായ വിവരങ്ങളും രേഖകളുമാണ് അപ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്ന് അപേക്ഷാർത്ഥി നേരിട്ട് ബോധ്യപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ്. വിവരങ്ങളിലെ/രേഖകളിലെ പിഴവോ പിശകോ മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകാവുന്ന കഷ്ടനഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് സർവകലാശാല ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
സർവ്വകലാശാല website വഴി online ആയി മാത്രമേ ഫീസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ. ഓരോ അപേക്ഷകനും നൽകേണ്ട ഫീസ് അപേക്ഷ ഫോമിൽ വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടാകും.
ഓപ്പൺ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ബിരുദത്തെ മറ്റേതൊരു യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ബിരുദവുമായും തുല്യപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് യുജിസി വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. മറ്റ് സർവ്വകലാശാലകളിൽ പഠിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് അതോടൊപ്പം ശ്രീനാരായണഗുരു ഓപ്പൺ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ കോഴ്സുകൾ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതുമാണ്.

The amount to be paid for each service will be displayed on the screen.
You will be directed to the payment gateway. Make payment using your debit/credit card/Net banking/UPI.
• After successful completion of the payment, generate a receipt of the payment made and preserve it for future correspondence.
• If you have not received your receipt/Confirmation message after the payment of your fees online, contact the University office before you make another attempt to make the same payment.
